MELT METHOD Classes in the Princeton NJ Area

The MELT METHOD:  Using easy and gentle specialized techniques, a soft body roller, and small soft balls on the pressure points of the hands and the feet, MELT rehydrates the connective tissue which keeps our bodies stable and upright, rebalances the nervous system and boosts the body’s natural healing and repair mechanisms. MELT addresses the underlying cause of most common aches, pains and chronic symptoms “stuck stress” caused by daily living and restores space to compressed joints. Along the way, MELT can also improve posture, aid sleep and digestion and minimize cellulite. Additionally MELTing will improve your athletic performance in everything else you do.

About  your MELT Class Instructor

Alida D Weisfeld is a Melt Instructor who trained with the creator Sue Hitzmann in New York City.  She offers private sessions, Corporate Programs and group fitness classes featuring the Melt Method.  During her classes she teaches clients how to identify trapped stress and connective tissue dehydration in the body in order to improve balance, stability, athletic performance and eliminate pain.  The connective tissue is the body’s infrastructure and it becomes dehydrated through repetitive motion and repetitive emotions caused by activities of daily life.
